We are not a volunteer holiday. Everyone who joins us contributes to genuine, long-running conservation work while learning from active research and restoration programmes.

Real Conservation Action

You work alongside our team on live projects: beach patrols, hatchery management, reef surveys, and restoration. Every task feeds a dataset more than two decades in the making.

Skills-Based Training

Built around structured, hands-on learning. You leave with recognised competencies in field techniques, species identification, and data collection, not just memories.

Science You Can Trust

Our methods align with international standards like Reef Check, and our long-term monitoring supports real research, grant reporting, and conservation planning.

Earn Academic Credits Through Your Stay With us…

Through our partnership with CGCS, volunteers and interns can add an accredited academic layer to their placement. The programme helps students reflect on their visit through global citizenship, service learning, employability, and ethical engagement, turning the experience into structured learning they can use for university applications, interviews, and future career pathways. Students also earn formal academic credit, including UCAS points or US college credit.
